Passively grants Legion Commander bonus armor, equal to 1 + 0.1 per level. Whenever Legion Commander casts an ability, she gains the same amount as a stacking bonus for 6s. Whenever allies within 1200 range cast an ability, they also gain a 6s buff with 50% of the value. This bonus stacks independently
