Allows Spirit Bear to Entangle enemies once they gain 5 stacks of this ability. Entangled enemies are unable to move for 1.2/1.6/2/2.4s and take 60/70/80/90 damage per second. Spirit Bear's attacks are permanently empowered, making it apply 1 stack with each attack on enemy heroes. Enemies are protected from gaining new stacks while they're already Entangled
