  • Io always has bonus Outgoing Damage Amp which linearly scales with its health, reaching a maximum of 5% + 0.5% per level at 100% Health. At the same time, Io has Health Restoration and Healing Amplifications which also linearly scale with its health, but reach a maximum of 5% + 0.5% per level at zero Health
