The random enchantment cannot be the same as the chosen enchantment.

When Chaos Knight crafts a neutral item, it gets an additional random enchantment that doesn't provide negative stats
The random enchantment is selected from all available enchantments in that tier, including ones that are normally not available for Strength heroes
Due to negative stats, Chaos Knight can't randomly get Crude, Nimble, Keen-Eyed, Titanic, Greedy, Hulking, Audacious, Feverish, and Manic Enchantments
The random enchantment is different from the one used in crafting
